Land & Luxury (Borg Resource Group, LLC) acquires land and residential property directly from owners and coordinates transactions with buyers and title companies. Content on this website is informational. Nothing on this site or in our messages is a binding offer — a transaction exists only when both parties execute a written agreement.
SMS terms
By providing your phone number or replying to our messages, you agree to receive one-to-one conversational text messages from Land & Luxury regarding your property and any active transaction, and occasional marketing messages about buying or selling property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — this is honored immediately and permanently. Reply HELP or email edward@bermux.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
