Non-Circumvention & Non-Compete Agreement (v2026-08-17). By submitting this form you (“Partner”) agree with Borg Resource Group, LLC (“Borg”) that: (1) any seller, owner, property, parcel, or contract that Borg introduces or discloses to you is Borg's confidential business relationship; (2) for twenty-four (24) months from each introduction you will not, directly or indirectly, contact, solicit, negotiate with, or enter into any purchase, option, assignment, joint-venture, or other agreement with that seller or for that property except through Borg or with Borg's written consent; (3) you will not use Borg's information to circumvent Borg or to reduce Borg's assignment consideration; (4) if you breach, Borg is entitled to the assignment consideration or fee it would have earned plus reasonable attorney's fees; (5) this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida; electronic acceptance (this checkbox, with the date and time recorded) has the same effect as a signature. Borg acts as a principal in its own transactions and not as your broker or agent.
